JJVA Staff consists of over 25 coaches with the majority of them either playing collegiate volleyball or coaching collegiate volleyball. The extensive knowledge of our complete staff is tremendous. JJVA Staff members are always willing to lend themselves to any volleyball player and they are also committed to making each child better.

In the fall of 2009 Coach Andrew completed her twenty first season as the Director of JJVA and the Head Coach of the newly named Florida State College at Jacksonville (formerly Florida Community College at Jacksonville). The past nine seasons have seen the JJVA and the FSCJ volleyball programs consistently ranked in the national polls. Coach Andrew has posted a career record of 519-229 while at FSCJ and provided the opportunity for more than 100 JJVA players move on to play college volleyball.
Coach Andrew has thirty four years of work experience in the fields of education, coaching, athletic administration, commercial recreation and professional sports. She has served on the Florida Regional Board of the United States Volleyball Association, is a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association, served as the volleyball chairperson for the Mid-Florida Conference and as the State Volleyball Chairperson for the Florida Community Colleges. Coach Andrew has been an invited speaker at the American Volleyball Coaches National Convention and Final Four and the Florida High School Coaches Convention. In 2002 she was selected as the AVCA Region Coach of the Year and in the spring of 2006 she was also inducted into the Florida Community College Activities Association “Hall of Fame”. In 2008 she was inducted in to the Florida Region USAV “Hall of Fame” and in 2009 was selected for the “Ambassador Award” for the Florida Region of USAV. In December of 2009 Coach Andrew was awarded the Victory Award by the AVCA for 500 career wins.
Coach Andrew is committed to the values of education, integrity, honesty, personal responsibility, community service and fair play in the arena of life as well as competitive sports. Her volleyball programs seek to serve as an example of these qualities both on and off the court. Adis Imamovic
Adis currently serves as the JJVA Operations Director and Director of Coaching and Competition. In 2007 during his 1st year as a Club Director for JJVA, his National Program sent two teams to the USAV National Tournament. Adis, has been coaching for our National program for four years. His extensive resume includes playing experience in Boznia and Germany and assistant coaching experience at Northern Iowa University, the University of North Florida and FCCJ. In addition he manages leagues, clinics and camps for the JJVA. .
Adis is an accomplished player, teacher, coach and director. He has played on the JJVA Men's team which has qualified for the USAV Nationals. He has served as the Head Coach for the US Navy team which competes in the National All-Sevice Championships. He has also been selected several years to coach with the Floirida Region High Performance Progam and coached in the HP National Championships. In addition he has coached club teams to the USAV National Championships.
Adis is a recognized leader of the local, regional and national volleyball communities and he has been instrumental in leading all JJVA programs to a high level of education, instruction and competition. Adis has recieved several region honors including "Director of the Year" awarded by the USAV. Enrico Discacciati
Enrico, has coached for JJVA for over 15 years and is currently the First Assistant Coach at Nease H.S, which won the 2008 FHSAA 4A State Championship. Enrico was recently selected to be a Florida Region High Performance Coach for this year's 'Select' age group at the USAV High Performance International Tournament in Ft Lauderdale, FL in July. Enrico coached for 14 years with Mary Andrew at Florida Community College Jacksonville. He has been an Assistant Coach for Orange County (CA) Juniors Boys U16 and U14 teams at the USAV Boys Junior Olympic Tournament. CJ Sherman
A graduate of Covenant College CJ earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She began her collegiate volleyball career earning NAIA All Conference and All Region honors as a player. Her successful collegiate head coaching career includes Palm Beach Atlantic University (88-94), University of South Carolina Aiken (94-98), and University of Montevallo (99-04). With an overall record of 337 wins/188 losses, she has also accomplished two back-to-back 30 win seasons, 7 times Coach of the Year, 34 All-Conference players, 21 Academic All Conference players, 3 Conference Players of the Year, and 5 All-Americans. She has also won 8 Conference Championships, and 5 Regional appearances, and 2 National appearances. Over 18 of her former collegiate players coach high school, club or at college level.
CJ is currently the Head Coach at Nease High School, a Natioanl Team coach for JJVA and the JJVA recruiting coordinator. CJ has coached for the JJVA National Program since 2004 and is also currently also working for Bring it USA Promotions where she handles international volleyball tours for NCAA, II, III, NAIA, NJCAA and Junior Clubs. She has served as a coach for the 17U National team which qualified for the USAV Nationals in 2009. Cj's experience and expertise bring tremendous benefits to the JJVA programs. Janice Pressley
2001-present
Janice just completed her 1st season as Assistant coach at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Prior to FSCJ, she was the Assistant coach at the University of North Florida for two years; In addition to UNF, She also was the head coach at Bartram Trail High School for 2 years. A graduate of FCCJ ('03) and Georgia Southern ('05). The Orange Park, Fla., native was a middle blocker for Georgia Southern from 2003-05, where she recorded 467 career kills and 179 total blocks. In 2003, she helped lead the Eagles to a Southern Conference Championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament, where they fell to eventual runner-up Florida in the first round. Before attending GSU, she played at FCCJ from 2001-03. In 2002, Pressley earned all-conference honors after recording 410 kills and 153 blocks while helping lead FCCJ to a 30-6 record and No. 13 national ranking. Janice holds a Bachelors degree in General Studies with emphasis in Health/PE & Psychology. Rob Holley
Rob Holley was most recently the Head Boy's Volleyball coach at The Bolles School. Before starting the boys program in 2004 at Bolles he was an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Florida Southern University for two seasons. He served as the Interim Head Volleyball Coach at the University of North Florida, and was the Assistant Volleyball Coach at UNF for two seasons, helping lead the team to 2 Peach Belt Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships, advancing to the NCAA Tournament both years. Rob also served from 1992-98 as head coach of the University of Kentucky's men's volleyball club, which was nationally ranked all seven years. The team also finished in the Elite Eight at the NIRSA National Championships in 1999, in the top twenty in 1992, 1995, & 1998, and were the SEC Conference Champions in 1993. His coaching experience also includes technical advisor for the All Air Force Team and head coach for several club teams. Rob had been a USAV Regional Referee, FIVB Line Judge, and State Rated College Referee.
Rob's coaching career began as an assistant coach at Eastern Kentucky University, where he earned his bachelor's degree. As a former indoor player he played USAV at the Level AA/ Open for various clubs as a setter and rightside. On the beach player he competed on the EVA, Molson, and AVP Qualifying Tours. John McCallum
John has coached the JJVA 14 N and 15 N teams as an assistant. He is also an assistant coach at Nease HS having coached the 2008 4-A State High School Championship team with Head Coach C.J. Sherman and Rico. John began his coaching career in 1973 in Ocala where he taught P.E. and coached JHS Football and Boys & Girls Basketball and Volleyball. John earned his B.S. in Education from Southern Illinois University and an M.S. in Psychology/Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. He is employed with Duval County Public Schools. He is a USA Volleyball CAP II certified coach 
Pete Sproules
1990-present
Pete is one of the veteran coaches of JJVA. He has been with the club since 1990 and has coached teams at all levels. Pete is currently the National 18U coach for the club and has served in this capapcitty for several years. He is an extremely talented coach witha passion for the game and many of his players go on to play on college.
Last season Pete was also a coach at the USAV High Performance International Volleyball Tournament in Tucson, AZ. where he served as an assistant to the Florida Region High Performance Select Blue Team. Pete has coached for the past five seasons at Episcopal High School and prior to that engagement he coached at Bishop Kenny High School.
Pete is USAV certified coach and is also a NCAA National Level Referee. Pete has played with the JJVA Men's team which won win the Florida Region Mens Regional Championship last year. Pete's experience as a player, official and coach speak to his dedication to the sport of volleyball and to JJVA. 
William “Bill” Hitchcock
Bill has extensive experience as a player and a coach. His playing experience includes 4 years as a high school player with 2 state championships, 3 years as a club player with R.I.P.(Rhode Island Plantation) winning 3 Regional Championships, and 1 year of collegiate Club Volleyball at the University of Rhode Island.
Bill coaching resume includes collegiate experience as the Head Volleyball Coach for 2 years and the assistant coach for 4 years at St. John’s River Community College. He has been coaching with the JJVA National teams for 6 years, the past five as the head coach of the 15U National Team. Bill coached a JJVA 15U team to the USAV Nationals and in the past he served one year as the assistant coach for the 18U National Team.
Bill is brings great experience and expertise to the JJCA coaching staff. He is also know for his passion and enthuisiasm for the sport. Sherrene Benedict
Sherrene a Jacksonville native, attended Paxon High School after which she attended FCCJ on a volleyball scholarship. While at FCCJ she won many honors including 1st Team All Conference and upon graduating from FCCJ she received a scholarship to play volleyball at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. While there she again received All Conference honors, worked camps and coached at the local Johnson High School. Currently, and since 1997, Sherrene has worked teaching Health/PhyEd and served as the Head Volleyball Coach at Stanton College Prep School. In 2001 Sherrene earned an esteemed nomination from her school for Teacher of the Year.
Sherenne has coached for JJVA for many years and is one of our most experienced and talented 18U coaches. Her talent and experience as a coach has benefited many of the seniors who play in JJVA and many of her players have gone on to play volleyball in college. Sherrene is also a player on the JJVA Women's Team which has qualified on several occasions for the USAV National Championships. Daniel Burket
Daniel returned to JJVA in '07, after a one-year coaching assignment an the Assistant Coach for NCAA Division II Eastern New Mexico University. His collegiate coaching experience also includes time as the Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach at Diviason II HardingUniversity and Student Assistant Volleyball Coach at Freed-Hardeman University.
In his previous position with JJVA, Daniel was Assistant Coach of the 18 Regional team and upon his return last year he became the Head Coach of the JJVA 14 Regional team.
Daniel has extensive coaching experience and JJVA is fortunate and excited to have him back on the coaching staff. 
Sarah Spraggins
Sarah was an upper division student-athlete at Flagler College where she participated on the womens volleyball team. Sarah played in 33 of Flagler’s 35 matches her Freshman year and was awarded back-to-back Florida Sun Conference Libero of the Week. She was second on the team in digs with 278, also tallying 19 service aces while recording a season-high 25 digs at Webber International. Her Sophomore year, Sarah played in 38 matches (125 games), setting a school record with 494 digs, also registering 28 service aces while collecting a season-high 29 digs against Webber International. Sara began her volleyball club career at JJVA where she was a player for five years before going to Flagler College.
Sarah has coached club volleyball for 3 years, the last two years at JJVA as an assistant coach and one year as an assistant coach at SAVA. She has also served as the head coach of Cathedral Parish School in St. Augustine, Florida. Sara is a talented and enthusiastic coach and we are always excited to have JJVA Alumni such as Sarah return to coach.
Emily Harby
Emily began her volleyball career in Jacksonville Florida, playing for both JJVA and SAVA from 2002 to 2005. She was named all-conference and Duval County 6A Player of the Year as a senior; as well as being named honorable mention all-state and MVP of the MHS team. After High School, Emily received a scholarship to play Division 1 volleyball at Furman University in Greenville South Carolina. Her freshman year at Furman Emily was named to the all Southern Conference Tournament team as a Middle blocker. Emily’s sophomore year, she was forced to take a Red shirt due to a medical injury. During her Junior and Senior year at Furman Emily was switched from middle hitter to outside and right side hitter. During her senior year Emily helped lead Furman to win the conference championship for the first time in fifteen years. That year she was a member the All southern Conference Tournament team. Through out her years at Furman, Emily helped out with multiple coaching clinics, camps, and individual sessions, giving her a lot of coaching experience.
After college Emily became the head coach at Bartram Trail here in Jacksonville. This year will be her first year coaching at JJVA. Emily will be the Head coach or the 16 nationals team for JJVA this season. 
Jennifer Randall
Jennifer was born and raised in Long Beach , California where she was a distinguished high school and club player. She played collegiate volleyball on scholarship at Georgia Tech 2002- 2005, where she was a defensive specialist and libero. During her career the Jackets reached the elite eight in the NCAA tournament and were ranked as high #4 in the country.
Her coaching experinece includes serving as an assistant for two years with A5 volleyball club and the JV head coach at Marist School in Atlanta before hitting the college ranks as a coach at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2007 Jennifer joined the JJVA coaching staff and served as the head coach of one of our 16-Regional teams. Her competitive experince and knowledge of the game have been a welcome addition to the JJVA coaching staff.
Jen moved to Jacksonville to be near family and is currently pursuing a second degree, this time in the filed of nursing.

Samantha Giudici
Sam , as she is called, was an outside hitter for 4 years at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. After graduating from ASU as a political science major, she moved to Jacksonville to attend Florida Coastal School of Law. Sam graduated from FCSL in May 2008, and is currently practicing labor and employment law as an Associate Attorney at Harper Gerlach, PL.
Sam joined the JJVA coaching staff last season as an assistant coach in the Regional 16U program. Her talents as a player and her skills as an analytical thinker have made her a welcome addition to the JJVA coaching staff. Magen Wood
Magen graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Elementary Education and currently teaches first grade at R. L. Brown Elementary School in Jacksonville. While at UNF Magen played volleyball for 2 years for Coach Bryan Bunn and prior to her two years at UNF Magen played for the University of Akron in Ohio.
Magen is a USAV certified coach and has served as an assistant coach for the JJVA National program in the14U and 18U divisions. Her playing experience and skills as a teacher are an exciting addition to the JJVA coaching staff.
The Ohio native now resides in Jacksonville and is the proud owner of two great dogs, Cooper and Charlie. Mike Abinsay
Mike returned to volleyball coaching this year when he joined JJVA as an assistant coach on the 12-Regional team. Previously he coached 3 years with Sandalwood HS in Jacksonville, FL. 
Katie Evans
Katie graduated from Pedro Menendez High School in St. Augustine in 2007 and played club volleyball for four years. She then attended FCCJ where she played on the women's volleyball team and distinguished herself academically.
She is currently working towards her bachelors degree in accounting at UNF and also works in the JJVA Volleyabll Center office as a staff member. Last year Katie joined the JJVA coaching staff as an assistant coach for the regional program. Katie's experience also includes several years as a league and camp coach.
Jonathan Pennington
Jonathan has coached for 8 years for the Providence Volleyball program. The past three seasons on the varsity team full-time. Last season he help the Stallions to a 23-6 record and a top 25 ranking in the state among all classes.
He began his volleyball career as a player at Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Florida. As a player he was awarded All-Conference 1st team honors his senior season and All-Conference 2nd team his junior season as a setter and outside hitter. He led the Seminole Athletic Conference in digs and was top 5 in kills, aces and serving percentage during his senior season.
After high school Jonathan attended FCCJ (1998-1999) and ran track on a full scholarship. Afterwards he went on to play 5 years of Rugby for the Jacksonville Rugby Football Club helping them win Florida State titles in 2004 and 2005. Then was selected to play for the Florida Select-Side team in 2005. John Alipio
John played high school volleyball in Italy then was a student assistant coach at Fletcher HS in Jacksonville, FL. He was a trainer for Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ) for 2 seasons and also supported many summer camps. This is the 4th JJVA team that John has coached, 3rd as head coach. John played for First Coast Volleyball in Jacksonville for 8 years. John has a total of 20 years of playing and coaching experience. Melissa Moore
Melissa is a first year coach with JJVA. She moved from Hollister, CA in 2005 where she grew up and played club for City Beach and Vision volleyball clubs. Mel played at St Johns River Community College and currently plays on the Bud Light and Florida Pro-Am beach tours. Mel coached for the St Augustine Volleyball Association for the past 2 seasons. Miriam Roehrs
Mirriam, is coaching her 2nd year with JJVA as the head coach of the 13R team. She graduated from Newberry College with a B.S. in Elementary Education and Special Education Learning Disabilities and a Masters of Education in Divergent Learning from Columbia College. Miriam was a varsity head coach in South Carolina for 5 years. She is currently teaching Inclusion Math at Ridgeview High School in Orange Park. 
Kimberly Clonan
Kimberly is a graduate of University of Central Florida ('08). The Deland, Fla., native was a setter for UCF from 2008-09. In 2008, she was named to the Atlantic Sun All-Freshman team, as well as A-Sun All-Academic honoree, after leading UCF with 11.8 assists per game, ranking second in the A-Sun. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Kimberly was an assistant for the 15 National team last year. This will be her second year coaching with JJVA. Prior to JJVA she coached for two years with OVA in Orlando at the regional and national level. Joe Herrera
Joe has been with JJVA for 2 years,he is the assistant volleyball coach at Providence School, has 12 years coaching experience; 6 of which are in volleyball. He has coached at both public and private schools and coached Club ball with the Whitesands Club in Sarasota, Fl. Joe has also coached basketball, baseball, and soccer. He attended Indiana Wesleyan University and has a BS in Business Info. Systems. Joe adds, he is married to an awesome wife of 13 years and has 2 kids; Joey (6) and Emily (3). Karen Fletcher
Karen joins JJVA this year ('09-'10) with 8 years of high school volleyball coaching experience. As a former high school All-Conference player from Michigan, she returned to volleyball in 2002 as a coach at Providence School here in Jacksonville. She has been an Assistant Coach at the Varsity level and served as the Head Coach of the Junior Varsity Team for 4 years. During her years at Providence, the program has earned 5 consecutive Varsity District Championships and Regional appearances in 7 of the 8 years. As the Head JV Coach, her team has won the District Championship every year, posting a record with only one district loss during those 4 years. She is currently coaching at Providence School as the Head JV Coach and at JJVA as the Head Coach of a 13 Regional Team.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida and has lived in Jacksonville for the past 15 years with her husband, Mark, and their family. Kim Berdecia
Kim graduated from Sul Ross State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master in Sports Administration from Midwestern State University 2007. She was a Graduate Assistant at MSU for 2 years (2005-2007) and then upon completion of her masters she accepted a full time assistant position for 3 seasons (2007-2009). She helped lead MSU to 4 winning seasons, 5 post season appearances and a regional appearance. During her playing days at Sul Ross she was a 4 year starter, 4 time all west ASC selection, 2 time all ASC selection, and 4 time all academic team selection. Linda White
Linda has been the head coach of the Providence varsity volleyball team since 1998, the year the program began. Since then she has led Providence to 5 straight district titles. Winning at least 20 matches every year since 2006 and seven of the last eight years. Before her time at Providence she began her coaching career at Seacoast Christian Academy. This will be her second year coaching at JJVA. Stephanie Vallone
Stephanie graduated from Deltona High School in Deltona in 2006. She played for Florida State College (FCCJ) as a middle hitter for the women's volleyball team. Currently, Stephanie is working towards a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has coached volleyball for six years and is IMPACT Certified. Stephanie plans on getting her doctorate in physical therapy. Will Berdecia
William has been involved with sports since the age of 4. He played in the Little League World Series in 1989 & 1990 for team Puerto Rico and also played in the McDonald Basketball Tournament in 1998. He graduated from Herbert H Lehman High School in 2000 as a 4 year letter in baseball and basketball. After graduating from high school William accepted a scholarship to Iona University in New York. Following a knee injury he enlisted in the Navy in 2001. While serving in the Navy he has played for the All Navy volleyball and softball teams. He graduated from Old Dominion University in 2006 with Bachelors Degree in Biology. He also played for Tidewater Volleyball Association while stationed in Norfolk Virginia. He’s also an experience beach player and plays in a variety of open and AA tournament in the Florida area. Taelor Jones
Taelor Jones graduated from Episcopal High School in 2007 where she played varsity volleyball for 4 years and played club volleyball for JJVA for three years. Last year she coached in Gainesville for the Blue Lightning club and this year she received a full scholarship to play volleyball at FSCJ. After she graduates from FCCJ in May she is looking to further her volleyball career at a four year university. This is Taelor’s first year as a club coach for JJVA but she has coached at summer camps for both JJVA and FCCJ. Patti Reed
Patti joined the JJVA staff this year to manage the Pro Shop. When not in the Pro Shop she is a Sr. Executive Assistant at Chase Bank where she has worked for the last 10 years.
Patti is also the Education & Certification Chair of the First Coast Chapter of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professional) where she holds her CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) Certification. Patti also dabbles as the Chapter’s Webmaster.
James, her husband of 18 years, as well as her daughter Jamie; who plays on a 16 R team, also help out in the Pro Shop. We are very excited to be part of the JJVA Family. Christina Hovestadt
Christina is from Jacksonville, Florida and played volleyball at Florida Community College at Jacksonville from 2006-2008 as a defensive specialist and libero. Prior to playing for FCCJ, Christina played for JJVA for three years. During her tenure at FCCJ, she earned a spot on the 2008 honorable mention Mid-Florida Conference team.
Christina has been coaching volleyball camps and clinics around Jacksonville since 2005. She has also served as an assistant volleyball coach for Darnell Cookman Middle School. This is her first year coaching JJVA.
If you haven’t met Christina, you’ve probably seen her on commercials for First Coast News, as she currently freelances there. She also covers the Jacksonville Jaguars as a contributing writer for Scout.com. Christina has much experience in the sports field as she has worked or interned for many sports organizations throughout Jacksonville including JagNation.com, Velocity Sports Performance, Diamond Baseball Training, The Jimmy Smith Foundation and Atlas Sports Medicine. Anisha Cotton
Anisha Cotton graduated from Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach, FL as a four year four sport athlete in 2008. She then accepted a full scholarship to play volleyball at Florida State College at Jacksonville to pursue a Nursing Degree. As a starting freshman Libero, she helped lead her team to a great season and won the conference for the fifteenth consecutive year. Ending her freshman season, Anisha was awarded 2nd team All Conference. In her 2009 season, Anisha ended the season nationally ranked 19th in service aces with 60 aces and 13th in digs, averaging 5.17 digs per game. Once again, Anisha lead her team to a winning season with a 32-6 record, a Conference Championship, and was awarded 1st team All Conference and made the All- State team. Anisha will continue to pursue a Nursing Degree. Emily McDaniel
Emily McDaniel is very excited to be joining the JJVA team this year. With 9 years of playing experience, mostly as a setter, Emily is very passionate about coaching. Emily was All Area player of the year her Junior year of high school where her team went on to win the District Tournament. She also played for the Gainesville Juniors and went on to play for Atlanta Christian Collage.
Emily coached the 10's Regional team and assisted the 15's Regional team for the Marion County Juniors in Ocala FL last season. She also coached the 7th and 8th grade team at St. John Lutheran school in Ocala. This past year she was the Head Varsity coach for Sea Coast Christian Academy.
Emily is looking forward to the upcoming season with her new JJVA team. Anna Renton
Anna is originally from Baton Rouge, LA and earned a scholarship to the University of West Georgia where she held the role of starting libero for a year before transferring and finishing her career at the University of Tennessee at Martin in the same position. During that time she spent her summers working a variety of team camps around the southeast. After graduating with a Health and Human Performance degree in the area of K-12 Licensure, she attended the University of Memphis, earning a Master’s degree in Sports Commerce and Leisure. Anna coached for Memphis Metro Volleyball Club during her two year stay in Memphis. In her first year with Metro, Anna coached 3 travel teams: 11 and under, 12 and under, and 14 and under, and followed that with a stint as 15’s national team coach the next club season.
Anna has recently relocated to the Jacksonville area where she is now the head coach at St. Augustine High School. This is her first year at JJVA. Sandra Dawson
Coach Dawson's passion for sports as player and coach spans well over 25 years. Although she competitively played volleyball, basketball, track and field, softball, and soccer throughout college and even holds high school records for shot put, 100m hurdles, 100m, and 4x1 relay for her DODDEA school, volleyball remains her passion. She began her volleyball career in Naples, Italy when she started playing varsity in the 9th-12th grades in DODDEA. She earned titles such as All-Conference, All-Tournament, All-Italy Team, MVP, Scholar/Athlete of the Year and assisted her school in achieving and maintaining its current 7th consecutive year All-Italy championship record. She continued on to college where she played both volleyball and basketball on scholarship at NCAA Div 1 schools and on the Jr. Olympic volleyball team her first 2 years. Since moving to Florida in 1998, Coach Dawson was Head Coach for Providence Middle School and Assistant Coach to Linda White for Providence High School, Head Coach for Grace Lutheran Middle School, and Head Coach for Lutheran HIgh School. She has also coached for Coach Mary Andrews during summer camps at FCCJ and still actively competes in AVP sanctioned beach volleyball tournaments throughout Florida. She is the proud mother of three girls and her eldest, Celeste Dawson, is on the 15 Nationals team here at JJVA. This is her first year coaching with JJVA.
Tangela Ennis
1995 - present
After graduating from East Bay Senior High School in Gibsonton, FL, Tangela traveled to the highest of seven hills in Tallahassee, FL to joint the Lady Rattlerette Volleyball Team. She was a member of FAMU's 1995 & 1996 MEAC Championship Teams. Her coaching career began in 1998, but she left in 2001 to follow her dreams of working in professional sports. Her true passion for teaching (and especially coaching) prompted Tangela to leave the Heat Group (owners of the Miami Heat & formerly Miami Sol) and return to coaching. Tangela is now in her 3rd season with JJVA (last year she was the Head Coach of one of the 16R teams) and looks forward to a long future together. Olivia Drew
Olivia Drew graduated from Fleming Island High School in 2008. She played for JJVA on the 18 national team her senior year. She accepted a full scholarship to play volleyball at Florida State College at Jacksonville. She was named 2nd team All-Conference two years in a row. In her career at FSCJ she has started as a setter, middle, and outside hitter. She is a well rounded player that can play any position. She is currently a student athlete pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist. Her experience as a coach includes working in a league and coaching camp over the summer. Now she is working to assist coaches in the local league. Cierra Pillsbury
Cierra is coaching her first year at JJVA as the head coach of the 16 L team. She has played 6 years of volleyball, four of which she spent on the Nease High School varsity team as well as playing JJVA during club season. She is currently a student at Flagler College and is studying as a Spanish major and a communications minor. Volleyball and JJVA were both huge, positive influences in her life and she is excited to now be apart of taking that experience and sharing it with others. Casey Benner
Casey graduated from West Branch High School in Beloit, Ohio in 2006 as a four year letter-winner in volleyball and track. She also participated in club volleyball from 2000-2006 for Mizuno Elite. She accepted a scholarship to West Virginia Wesleyan then transfered to the University of North Florida where she is currently pursuing a degree in PreK-Primary Education. This is her first season coaching with JJVA for the 17 regional team. Jaime Oelke
Jaime comes to JJVA from 7 years of coaching with Orlando Volleyball Academy (OVA). While at OVA, Jaime coached at various levels from ages 13 to 18 years old, attended USAV Nationals numerous times and achieved her CAP 1 certification.
Jaime has been involved with volleyball in some way for over the past 16 years, including playing, coaching, officiating and selling volleyball apparel with 1st Place Volleyball. She has attained numerous accolades from her scholarship and records held at Rollins College to winning a National Championship with the OVA Gator Girlz in 2007.
Jaime was raised in Naperville, Illinois where she played for the well reknown programs of Sports Performance, UNO and Naperville Central HS. Currently, Jaime is a Sr. Account Executive for 1st Place Volleyball. 
Jesse Newton
Jesse is excited to join the JJVA team this season. Jesse has 12 years of volleyball experience and attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. Jesse was on the Faulkner University women’s volleyball team where she was the Lady Eagles libero/ds for her four years there. She received NAIA- GACC Defensive Specialist of the Year in 2001 and won two conference championships with the Lady Eagles. She earned both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University. She now works as the Player Personnel Coordinator for Alliance Sports Management. David Schwab
