Bria Plante


National Coach

Entering her first season as a coach at JJVA, Coach Bria will serve as an Assistant Coach in the JJVA National Team Program with JJVA 13N Halle. Coach Bria is a current University of North Florida Indoor Volleyball player, and she formerly played club volleyball at nationally recognized A5 Mizuno Volleyball. She is also a graduate of Alpharetta High School (GA). As a player, Bria played Middle/Right Side this past season at UNF competing in 26 of 32 season matches as a Freshman. During her three club seasons at A5 Mizuno she qualified for USAV GJNC twice, and won the SRVA Region once. She was also named to the AAU All-American team. While at Alpharetta High School, her school team was ranked second in the state of Georgia in 2017 and third in 2018. As a middle for her high school team, Bria was named to the AVCA All-American Watch List and Phenom Watch List, as well as earning honors on All-Region and All-State teams.

Her coaching career includes coaching players from age 4-18. She has coached several camps and clinics as an athlete at the University of North Florida and during her time in high school. She also served as a coach in the A5 Mizuno Mini’s program for two years.
