Phase 2 Training


Phase 2 Training Program

During Phase 2, JJVA National Team Coaches will be providing training for all athletes in the Jacksonville area. This training program will be age group specific, and provide athletes with the ability to both improve their individual skills and learn team concepts in a competitive setting. Our national team coaches conducting this program will be dedicated to providing a well structured training plan each week that includes a high amount of quality repetition, and feedback.

Session Details

Program Dates: June 1, 2020 – June 11, 2020

Athletes will have the following options to register for in regards to Phase 2 Training. Training sessions will be ninety minutes in length and have structured individual, positional, and competitive training elements included. Courts will be divided by age group first, and then additionally by athlete skill level in order to provide the best quality training for all participating athletes.


Twice a Week Training

Athletes can register for a twice a week training session, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Session times for each age group are listed below.

Ages 11U-14U: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Ages 15U-18U: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Cost: $150 (4 Sessions, 6 Hours of Training)

Four Days a Week Training

Athletes can register for an all inclusive training option which would allow for athletes to participate in their specific age group training each night Monday-Thursday. Session times for each age group are listed below.

Ages 11U-14U: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Ages 15U-18U: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Cost: $275 (8 Sessions, 12 Hours of Training)
