Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance training is focused on injury prevention and increasing strength and agility. These sessions are designed to help athletes reach their full potential in an effort to increase explosive movements, jump higher, and improve overall coordination.

Choose the right program option for you. We are offering twice-a-week packages with both a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday combination. Each one-hour time block will be restricted by the age of the athlete. 

Cost: Only $125 Per Month

Monday / Wednesday Option:

5:00-6:00 PM 14 and Under

6:15-7:15 PM 15 and Older

7:30-8:30 PM 14 and Under

Tuesday / Thursday Option:

5:00-6:00 PM 15 and Older

6:15-7:15 PM 15 and Older

7:30-8:30 PM 14 and Under
